FAQs

What do I need to do before a lash appointment?
Arrive in a timely manner to fill out necessary forms. Cleanse entire eye area and keep lashes free of makeup.

How do you apply eyelash extensions?
They are applied to each individual natural eyelash one by one for a natural look. Eyelash Extensions can be for special occasions or for day to day wear. Your look is custom for your natural lashes. The finished look for everybody will be unique, meaning you can get the same service as your friend but the lashes won't be identical because your natural lashes aren't identical.

How long does it take?
Depending on how many natural lashes you have, your full set may take 1-3 hours. Lash touch ups will be a fraction of the time.

How long will a set of eyelash extensions last me?
Everyone's experience will vary based on day to day activities. But overall touchups should only be required every 3-4 weeks.

How often should I get fills?

A fill is usually scheduled within 14-21 days of your last application and consists of "filling" in up to 50% of extension loss due to natural shedding. The average person has 90-120 lashes per eye, and should have a minimum of 30-60 extensions, or natural lashes bonded, in order for the appointment to be considered a fill.

In order for your appointment to be a fill, you must have at least 1/3 of the original set left. As long as you get your lashes touched up within 14-21 days and maintain 40% of your last application, your appointment will be treated as a fill, otherwise, less than 40% of extensions will result in a full set, and a full set price.

Can I still wear eye makeup?
Yes. When cleansing, it will be a challenge to thoroughly remove makeup. However, if you choose to wear eye makeup, the key to keeping fresh extensions is to thoroughly remove all makeup before going to bed. We advise to steer clear of makeup formulated with oils. Oils will breakdown the adhesive and weaken the bond. Also, waterproof mascara should not be used. This is made for natural lashes, the bond will be too strong for extensions.

How do I cleanse my lashes?
Fully submerge your eyebrow area down to your lower lid with water. Your eye area needs to be completely wet. Use a mild soap to loosen up the makeup using upward motions (softly pressing lashes on upper lid) with your index finger, then downward motions (softly pressing on lower lids). Lastly, shimmy on the lash line starting near the inner corner out to the outer corners. Rinse well with water. Repeat if you still see makeup. Pat in and out with a towel then brush out lashes with a clean lash wand that will be provided.

Can I shower, swim, do hot yoga, spray tan, or get a facial with lashes on?
Yes, yes, and yes! We aim to make your day easier. The adhesive is semi permanent which means you are free to get them wet and continue with daily activities. Cover lashes with a small towel or round pads when getting a spray tan and facial.

Can I work out after a facial?
