50% OF SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR:

  • CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME

  • LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT RECEIVE EXTENSION OF SCHEDULED SERVICES


RESERVATIONS

Services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A valid credit card must be on file to book appointments.

CANCELLATION

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. We require that you advise us at least 24-hours in advance if you need to to change or cancel an appointment we have held for you. We may charge up to the full amount of the service for a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, the full amount of the service will be charged. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please understand that we allot a specific amount of time for each service. All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. You will be responsible for the full service.

ETIQUETTE

Please put your cell phone on vibrate while visiting our Studio, so as to not disturb other guests during their treatment. To allow full relaxation at our space, we ask that you do not bring children, guests or pets along to your appointment.

REFUND POLICY

You are paying for the artists' time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 40-minute express touch up. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged at full price for the service.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Looks St Studio currently accepts returns for defective products and packaging only. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All sale, promotional vouchers, and gift certificates are final sale.

LASH EXTENSION REMOVAL POLICY

Although it is rare, it is possible to develop an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions. At the first instance you notice any reaction(s), CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Removals due to an allergic reaction and within 48 hours of application will NOT be charged. After 48 hours, normal fees will apply.

OTHER LASH ARTISTS’ WORK

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Looks ST Studio, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. We highly recommend scheduling a consultation along with your fill appointment.


SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, INCLUDING COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
